Membership includes full access to the PFSMedia training library, mobile app access, offline downloads, transcripts, background play, and other included member benefits available on the platform.

Both plans include the same access and benefits. The only difference is pricing. The Annual Membership gives you a lower effective monthly cost.

Yes. PFSMedia offers a 7-day free trial.

Yes. The free trial includes full access, the same as a paid membership.

Yes. Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time and remain active through the current billing cycle. Annual cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing year.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions are refundable only within the first 30 days of the subscription or renewal date. If canceled during that period, the refund is prorated for the remaining months. After 30 days, annual payments are non-refundable.
