One thing I want to say is, you gotta, you gotta have an attitude of gratitude.

Life is, what’s the new thing? Life is life in, right? Life is going to, it’s going to happen no matter what.
And you, and you hear so many, you heard so many stories today and you look at us today and you see the polished version.But before you get the polished version, you got to go through, you got to go through the, the, the, the mud.
You got to go through the nose to get to where you are, to where we are today.
Guys, the journey might not always be easy, but it’s worth it.
All right.
Do you want to spend the next five years? We’re, uh, you know, hitting your goals and dreams, achieving your goals and dreams, and get into financial independent and financial freedom?Or do you want to work the next 40 years until age 65 and then retire broke? You have a choice guys.
You know, um, you got to sell out to Primerica.

But he is my number one supporter guys.And I thank God every day that he never gave up because there are times where he could have thrown in the towel and said, that’s it, I’m done.
And I thank God every day.
He never did.
Because it changed our lives drastically.
And there were so many challenges.
Like, December was one of those months that, yes, we had the best, the best career month.
The best, but, you know, I was done for three weeks.
Uh, physically.
That, in my, um, Christmas Eve, my niece had a seizure.
But we never let it stop us.
He never, he He got up and he went and he did what he had to do.
No one knew what was going on in our team until right now.
Okay, so get up and keep fighting.
The most amazing partner, my husband Orville Richards.
Alright, good afternoon, good afternoon.
So, you know, we’re the closing speaker tonight.
Alright, so if it’s, the message is great.
And, uh, it’s my fault if it’s not, it’s Priya’s fault, no I’m just joking.
Uh, well listen, you know, we appreciate the opportunity to represent the team itself in a, in a, We have, we have some guys that fly in from Florida, I definitely want to recognize you guys real quick.You know, we have Jeanette, we have, uh, Damian, Tamara, I have, we also have, uh, Brain Freeze, okay? Sharon, that fly in from Florida as well.
So you guys are doing an incredible job itself.
So, the thing is this, when, when you come to an event like this, right, There’s guys that’s brand new, some people’s been here for minutes, And for the guys, you know, sometimes you might be saying, Okay, what’s next?Alright.
Is it possible for me? And what I want to do, I want to kind of keep Oprah live a little bit itself.
It says right here, you know, build a dream business so you can live a dream life.
And when I joined Prime America, I was a 17 year old kid, just came from Jamaica, Kingston, Jamaica, right? A poor boy from Kingston, Jamaica.And we came here to make a lot of money.
We’re starting to become an OBGYN originally.
And when we started business, we eventually left med school and came into business full time.
And the thing is this, right, uh, how you start is generally not how you finish.
And the thing is that sometimes right now you might be sitting in your seat and you say, Man, is this really possible for me?And is it probable? So what I want to do, I want to give some hope to you guys today.
Because how you start is not necessarily going to finish.
Because the version of you right now Might have been conducive for the results in which we’re looking for so when I bring up the first slide, okay So this is my first four years in business income So you can bring them up Okay Yeah, that’s it Next one that’s 18, 000 first four years in business Like wow, what did you say?I don’t know either.
Okay, I should have quit However, this is the reason why we didn’t quit, okay? We understand that, okay, the version of ourself at that point wasn’t conducive to give us what we want.
So check this out, right? So what if we were to quit right there? So most people, you know, give up on themselves too fast, too early in their journey called success, alright?And what happens if we gave up then? We’d have given up this as well.
You can bring it all, all the way up.
All right.
So that was last month’s income.
Uh, I was thinking about 26, 27, 000, something like that.
All right.
And then with the bonus is about, 000, almost 11 grand in bonus is about 36, 000 made in from November, from sorry, December, December 8th to January 8th.
That’s 36, 000 with next to probably close to about, you know, 50, 000 in, in our gross income overall, but a 30 day period itself.
What if it stopped in the first year? What if it stopped in the second year? What if it stopped in the third? When it didn’t look like it’s feasible as if it was going to happen for us.So, why did it look so different than to right now? So let me give you some bullet points if you probably want to write these down, alright? So, it’s the same individual, same Orville Richards, right? However, it’s a different operating system that we’re operating on.
So, I’m going to show you another image as well, right?Some of you guys, you know, this is like a cult, you know? The iPhone crap, right? It’s a cult, alright? So, you know, next one.
So, the first iPhone came out, whatever that year was, okay? The screen wasn’t like this small, and the features, whatever it is up there, okay? I don’t really care that much as what it is.However, think about the iPhone that’s out right now, the version and the specs it has right now.
Okay? It cannot do, this one can’t do what the one that is available right now is doing.
Make sense? And who would give up their phone right now to go back to that one? Anyone? Well the thing is that, what if they didn’t start with that one? This version would exist.
So the version you are writing sitting in your seat, okay, is the version that’s important right now that we need to go improve.
So you gotta go make the improvement.
You gotta make the changes.
Okay? You gotta go read the books, you gotta read, you gotta attend the seminars, you gotta invest in you and change you, because when you change a version of you, then the version of everything else changes as well, okay?So try, so write this down, alright? Each upgrade, alright, it unlocks different level of efficiency, uh, better utility, higher optimization, but also it’s increased functionality.
So each time you upgrade yourself, that’s what you’re doing to yourself as well.
You’re increasing efficiency.
You’re getting more optimized.
You can become more productive.
Alright, you can lead better.
You can communicate better.
Make sense? When we started business, I couldn’t speak in front of a room.
In fact, one of my, one of my main thing I said, if I have to speak in front of the room, I’m not gonna do this crap.
And I said, don’t worry about it.They lied to me.
They’re freaking liars, right? They lied to me.
I said, no, you don’t have to worry about it until you’re ready.
I didn’t hear the fine print.
Okay? But I said, when you make a lot of money, you get what’s called lubricated lips.
They can’t shut you up.
So the thing is that, you know, as you start making more and you improve the version of you, then all this stuff changes.Alright? I stutter.
I speak fast.
And I have an accent.
I came from Jamaica, and when I was in Jamaica, I didn’t have an accent, but over here, I have a freaking accent, but what the hell is that crap, right? But, they made fun, they laughed, but who’s laughing now? Alright, we’re at about almost 20, 000 in income already for the month, okay?We’re probably gonna make about 60, 000 before the month is finished, and go over 300, 000 plus this month, you know.
By April, we’re gonna go over 400, 000, and before the year is over, we’re gonna be over a million.
Thanks So things are moving the right direction, but the reason why it’s moving is because we have a great lead athlete.It’s Taji and Chris, and it’s about 100, 000.
We have, uh, Tamara, we have Damien, we have these guys coming up right now to get ready to go over 100, 000 this year.
This, this, there’ll be at least seven leaders in the base that go over 100, 000 in the base this year in income.
Okay? So that’s the reason why the, the income, you know, for us gonna move to over a million.It’s not because we wanna go over a million, but because, but yes, we definitely wanna do it.
But because we want our team to grow their income, grow their distribution, grow their business, and go live that dream lifestyle.
And the feeling is gonna go over half a million dollars this year.
Okay? Because they have, you know, Roxanne coming to the process right now, she’s doing an incredible job.Not a good job, but an incredible job.
We have Cheryl Johns and her team doing an incredible job.
Alright? And a bunch of new players coming to the process right now.
So their business is going to explode, and because, you know, we have the opportunity to be able to find interest in that, it’s going to be able to grow our income as well.Okay? But that’s efficiency.
That’s optimization happening because we got better.
Make sense? So when you get better, things get better.
Make sense, right? They say, you know, in life, all right, principles, they say, you know, the laws of life and getting the principles right? They’re micro, you know, microcosm in our, in nature.Meaning that if a principle in this, you know, in a respect of life, if you move from here into a next inner area, it’s always gonna remain true.
Principles are like, like gravity.
That’s a fact, right? If you jump off the plane.
It won’t float, it’s going to hit the ground, right? Well, what happens is that, you know, while these principles of life exist, okay, and it does show up in different areas itself, every time we want to go to a different level, okay, in regards to flight, okay, it requires for us to break a specific law called gravity.The gravity of poverty is very, very strong.
And you’ve got to make sure that the proximate of the people you invest the time with is going to determine the altitude of your flight.
Or short is going to be, or length of it, regards to, you know, bountiful and all that, or how far it’s going to go.
So you and I got to make sure that we invest in time, over the right areas, people, environment, so you can actually be able to, again, upgrade yourself.Make sense? Because every time you upgrade yourself, okay, things changes.
So, let’s, in, in, in closing up with this is this, right? The first, the first thing God said to, you know, that showed us, you know, about himself, you know, Okay, it wasn’t that, you know, it was God and His, His, His omnipresence, that He’s, you know, His almighty and everything itself.It, when He’s talking about Himself, the first way God introduced Himself to us is that He was creative.
He said God created everything that’s hurt, right? That He’s creative, right? And then He created us in His image, right? So therefore, what He’s saying to us is that we have a part of His, you know, God like ability in us for us to be able to create, right?So, what is it you want to create in your life? You gotta make a decision, you know, what kind of dream life, what it’s gonna be, what is the income gonna be for you? Make sense? So, the thing is this though, we gotta be, do, then we can have.
Alright? So the person you are, remember, the main, the main premise of the talk is, you know, keep open life, yes, but the premise is this, right?We gotta upgrade ourself.
We gotta upgrade our thinking, we gotta upgrade our activity, we gotta upgrade the work ethic.
How about that? Okay.
We want more, but are you willing to put the work in necessary to get it done? We’ve got to make sure that we become a better version of ourself guys.
And in closing, we want to say this, we’re very, very appreciate the fact that, you know, Chris came into our life and that every one of you guys are part of her life right now, because the story we’re building right now, you know, it’s not done yet.Okay.
Depending what you have in your right now, you can actually write your story.
