For those here for the first time, I’m Tesla, a product of this environment.
I remember.
You know, we got started with the great Jimmy Meyer in Jacksonville, Florida.
And that was about 10, 15 short years ago.
I studied as a district leader.
I mean, way before I was district.
At that time, I was struggling to pass my life exam.
Many of you might see me here as an MDE, soon to be $1.2 million and think I am smart.
Dude, I’m not that smart.
Don’t ask me how many times I failed that life exam.
Please don’t ask.
But one day I went and they gave me the perfect exam.
Before I speak about my topic.
And by the way, I am between you and the lunch break.
You guys don’t hear what I’ve just said.
Let me repeat that.
I’m between you and the lunch.

In the last school, I told you also that I go get the million dollars before the convention.
So we hit it about a week before the convention.
And guys, thank you so much for your support.

And today I want to talk to you a little bit about how we get it done.
How we got it done.
And this is not going to be for Somebody who is here and want to make $1,000 a month or 2,000 or maybe a few bucks to really, I mean, in a part time basis, probably not for you.
Of course.
We all came here with a big goal, a big dream.
We want to do something big for our family, but the company has a bigger picture for us.
And I remember in that fast start planner, I read it from day one, it says dream it, plan it, and most importantly, do it.
You know, we should, I mean, when I read, I was reading something over the weekend and he said something very important.
A lot of people has a dream, they have a dream.
And by the way, a dream is the big picture.
A dream is what you want the whole world to know you for.
A dream.
You know, Martin Luther King has one.
And we all here has a dream, a goal.
Your goals are those little small steps.
Your goals are the detail.
Your goals are the steps that you need to achieve that big dream.
The dream that I had myself was I wanted to be that person valuable in my community.
Now I’m telling you, I mean, if you talk, if you mention tetra Sinat over the radio, most Haitian knows me.
If you mention tetra Sinat in my Haitian community, they know me.
I didn’t pay any money for that.
I pay a price for that.
Now, going back to the dream, you know, the book I read, it says 70% of people with a big dream drop those dreams.
Or better yet, drop those goals before Martin Luther king birthday on January 15.
How sad is that? You know, many of you here, you come to the business and you want to build something big.
You want to build something really significant.
But for a second you forget if you are the person carry that dream and somebody has said, you know, your dream has to be so big, if they don’t call you crazy, then it’s not a dream.
If they don’t call you crazy, then it’s not a dream.
So is your dream big enough for everybody to fit into it? Now, the dream, I mean, everybody’s goal here is to build a giant business in America that will help you to achieve financial independence, that will help you to be filthy rich, that will help you to be stone wealthy.
But the last part, yes, you have a good dream, you have a plan, you plan it out.
Well, the doing part, and that’s what mo.
That’s where most of you guys drop the ball.
Now I’m gonna tell you what works in America, and that’s my part right here.
What works in America? Yes.
I had a very brutal childhood I mean that doesn’t mean were poor.
My dad never owned a credit card, never bought anything at credit.
I didn’t grow up in a household where people use credit for anything.
We’re not rich, super rich, but were just okay.
But hard working was never a luxury for me.
I never have to come learn how to work hard in this business because I had it in me.
Now this goal that you have and I see leaders said, well you know, I want to coach my team this month.
I’m going to coach my team.
Dude, you did 20 by 20 last month.
That 20 by 20 is supposed to be your personal number, not the team number.
There’s nobody to coach.
When you have a toy based shop it simply means you’re coaching nobody.
But if you say you’re featuring somebody then you’ve done 20 by 20.
Less than 20 by 20.
Who are you coaching? You say you’re going to have a big goal, big dream.
Guys.
It start with you racing to hundred by hundred.
You guys heard it is 100 by 100.
The new game, the new 30 by 30 right now is 100 by 100.
And I heard some beginners in Paul America said but before they said it, I’ve been doing it.
We’ve been you know running hundred by 100.
In fact were number one up here in premium, not personal premium.
Now if you anybody here can get to the million dollars but the next convention, regardless where you are right now, your defining moment really start when you know where you are and where you’re going.
Now if I put my GPS on, I say I’m going to Miami, the GPS will ask me may I use your location because everything start where you’re at.
Now what if you and I we can leave this place today and said I am going to aim for hundred by 100 out of the hundred by 100, I am going to write 20 grand.
Just imagine where that would take you.
Just imagine where that will take your business.
And I’m going to tell you when you know when you’re saying good stuff, time go flies like this, you realize it.
I’m going to tell you something here in my organization every single morning we want something called accountability call where we keep leaders accountable.
Those who wants to be held accountable.
I’m going to tell you the assignment.
If you’re district right now you got to go to 20 by 20.
If you’re a division leader you have to go do 30 by 30.
If you original leader you have to go for 50, 100, 100.
Otherwise, you’re not playing the big league.
What’s the next goal? Right now, the next goal is to go over 200 by April.
And I promise you, we’re going to hit it.
Now, are you here to play? Are you here to play? Are you in? If you’re in, I promise you guys, you can set the goal by the next convention in 2027.
You can set it.
You can be on stage as a million dollars earner.
But it start with you.
You hear me, guys? It start with you.
Now, when you do the work, everything comes easy.
I check my account every single five second.
Now, I don’t have to, because I know what’s in there.
Now, when you do the work, when you pay the price in full, you become an asset in your business.
Now, the world goes right now to hit 200 by 200.
I know I have to do some work.
I have to go work on my licensing ratio.
Take it to 20%.
When you do 200 by 200, 20% is 40 licensed agents a month.
And when you do, guys, I’m telling you will be unstoppable.
You guys see that? Guys, if you’re here to make a change, this change start with you.
Now, where does everything start right now? I’ll give you a secret.
If you really want to get this thing moving, you got to put time into creating activities.
And I think the main problem most people have in America, they do not have enough people to go see.
You guys expect the appointment to fall in your lap.
And that ain’t happen.
So what you really need to do, you need to lock yourself in the office and make 50 phone call.
Well, do it tonight.
Try tonight.
50 phone call in the right market will get you 10 appointment right in there.
10 to 1530 appointment.
If you really call people, you have a good reputation with now, 10 appointment a day for five days a week.
That’s 50 appointments a week.
You are unbeatable.
Now you know why your friend wants to join your business.
Because you flat broke.
They’re driving a better car.
They live in a better neighborhood.

Because you struggling.

Do not let your people dictate your future.
