How do I purchase the Think in Ink 90 Day Daily Planner?
Just select the "90 Day Planner" link on the top navigation bar. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the quantity and select "add to cart", then select "Check Out" and follow the prompts to place your order.  

How do I track my recent order?
Log into your account, select "My Account" from the menu on the left. Select "View" for the order you wish to track. Your tracking number will be listed when your package has been shipped. Visit the
www.usps.com website and enter your tracking number.
How do I become a PFSMedia.com audio download member?
Click the “Register” link located on the top navigation bar. select the "Subscribe Now" button. Choose your membership level and enter your credit/debit card information and click “Subscribe”. Your account will be active immediately.

Do I need to have a “Membership” to purchase a Think in Ink 90 Day Daily Planner?
No. Just select the "90 Day Planner" link on the top navigation bar. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the quantity and select "add to cart", then select "Check Out" and follow the prompts to place your order.

How do I download the MP3 (audio files) to my computer?

After becoming a member and logging into your account, simply select “Download Now” located at the bottom of each of the product pages. Please remember to select “Save” to save the file to your computer. We recommend that you save the files to your “Desktop” so they will be easy to locate after downloading.

What happens to my unused minutes at the end of each month?
Any unused minutes will “roll over” from month to month as long as your account remains active.

How do I change my subscription level?
Log into your account, select the “My Account" link, then select “Change my MP3 membership level”. Choose the level wanted, enter your credit/debit card information and select “Subscribe”. (Unused minutes will be carried over. Your billing date will change to the day that you changed your level.)

How do I update my credit card information?
Log into your account, select the “My Account
link, then select “Update MP3 membership billing information”. Enter your new Credit/Debit card information and select “Subscribe” (Your account will renew on your regular billing day.)

I downloaded a file and cannot find it on my computer.
When downloading files, always select the “save” option and save the file to a location on your computer that is easy to find. We recommend the “Desktop”. (If you cannot locate the file, just download it again. You have a full 72 hours to re-download the same file without being charged double minutes.)

How do I change my account password?
Log into your account, select "My Account", then select "Change My account password.” (Note: If the email address on your account ends in @primerica.com, please Contact Us and we will reset it for you.) If you do not see your password reset email, be sure to check your "Junk" or "Spam" folders.

I can’t remember my password, how do I reset it?
Click the “Forgotten Password” link on any page, enter your email address and a temporary password will be emailed to you immediately. (Once you log in with your temporary password, you should change your password to something your comfortable remembering.) Important Note: If your email address is an @primerica.com address, you must Contact Us and we will reset it for you and email you a temporary password.

How do I know what day my credit card is charged for my membership?
Simply login to your account, in the center of the page in the "Membership Information Center", it will show you how many minutes you have remaining, and when your account renews.

Once I have downloaded a file how do burn it to CD?

Using Windows Media Player (Included with all PC’s) follow these steps:
-- Open Windows Media Player
-- Click the “Burn” tab on top
-- Select “Audio CD” from the dropdown menu (first option)
-- Drag the files that you want to the right hand side of the screen.
   (There is an area which will say “Drag Items Here”)
-- Insert a blank CD
-- Click burn
                  
How do I unsubscribe from my MP3 audio subscription?
We would hate to see you leave but if you would like to cancel, log into your account, select the “My Account" link, select “Cancel my MP3 membership registration”, then select the confirmation button. Please note that any unused minutes in your account will be lost when canceling. If your minutes are building up too fast, may we suggest that you lower your subscription to a lesser package? You can do this by selecting the “My Account: link, then select “Change my MP3 membership level”. Choose the level wanted, enter your credit/debit card information and select “Subscribe”. (Unused minutes will be carried over. Your billing date will change to the day that you changed your level.)
